Hypnotherapy has an amazing success rate due to the ability to plant positive seeds directly into our subconscious, breaking old thought patterns and creating new neurotransmitters through repetition it enables expanding a persons consciousness into a positive perception.

Anna uses a variety of client centred bespoke techniques, as we believe one size does not fit all! Everyone's mind map is different, therefore our techniques are tailored to our clients specific needs and will enable them to achieve their best results.


After all, all hypnosis is self hypnosis.


During a session, Anna uses a combination of Clinical Hypnosis, visualisation techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to allow you to positively change the mindset to over come the area of concern.

Anna is an International Clinical Hypnotherapist, running her own practice in London since 2016. She has worked with global corporate businesses, encouraging good mental health in the workplace, alongside teaching Hypnobirthing to mums-to-be, supporting women during their pregnancy and labour.


Anna stumbled upon her career path by having a love romance with brain science after reading ‘You are the placebo’ by Dr Joe Dispenza. This book opened a whole new perspective on how to unlock the mind's potential. Anna knew from then on that nothing else would fascinate her more than the subconscious mind.


She started her education by studying clinical hypnosis, then went on to studying the fundamentals of psychology and brain mapping in neuroscience. She then further developed her career on her travels around Asia, training in countries including: Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia, where she expanded her knowledge in a variety of holistic and mindfulness practices.

Incorporating science-based knowledge with traditional holistic therapies.


After many years of experience perfecting her technique, Anna is now based in Asia. Over the years, Anna’s passion, vision and desire has rapidly evolved, creating a successful mental health service for people worldwide.

What is Hypnotherapy?


Hypnosis is a relaxed, altered state of awareness that allows you to absorb, focus and concentrate on the words your therapist says.

You may feel as though your mind is wandering off, but that is actually your conscious mind being turned down so that your subconscious mind can pay close attention to the positive suggestions that are given by your clinical hypnotherapist.

How can I build on what I've achieved during my hypnotherapy sessions?


Each session is tailored specifically to the client’s needs, depending on how the client responds to hypnosis. After a session I will give tailored ‘homework’ and clients will learn how to do self-hypnosis to strengthen their ongoing practice between sessions.

How many sessions will I need?


As every client is different and will respond differently to hypnosis, a consultation is needed before the sessions to discuss the area of concern and if hypnotherapy is the answer for you. A recommended of 4 sessions is a great starting point to help with overcoming concerns.

Should I be concerned about being hypnotised and not being in control?


Clients are in full control at all times during the session, hypnotherapy is completely safe with a qualified trained practitioner. We naturally go into a ‘hypnotic trance state’ several times a day, throughout the day. It’s when our mind is not consciously thinking or when we go into an ‘auto pilot’ state, which we can snap out of effortless at any time if needed.

What should I expect during a hypnotherapy session?


Sessions are found to be very relaxing, described as ‘A spa session for your mind’. Clients will sit in a comfortable chair, with soft, calming music in background. Your hypnotherapist will start with deep breathing techniques and will gently guide you into a safe and relaxed state, all you have to do is sit and listen and gradually day dream away. You subconscious mind is doing all the work for you.

A consent form is signed prior to the session as all information is kept 100% confidential and secure before, during and after your sessions.
